ZEKE, SUPERSUCKERS And Others To Play Benefit Concert For Singer's Wife
May 1, 2007ZEKE, SUPERSUCKERS, BOB WAYNE & THE OUTLAW CARNIES and JOE BARTLETT are among the artists that will play a benefit show on May 11 at The Tractor in Seattle to raise money for Jana Paycheck, the wife of ZEKE vocalist Donny Paycheck, who has been battling breast cancer since last September. According to ZEKE, "the bills have become large, so to help us out some friends, the SUPERSUCKERS, BOB WAYNE & THE OUTLAW CARNIES (featuring Andy Gibson of HANK 3, Donny Paycheck and Blind Marky Felchtone of ZEKE),Joe Buck Yourself (of HANK 3) and Clay Bartlett are doing a benefit. There will be a silent auction for some really cool memorabilia including signed guitars."
In addition, ZEKE has set up a PayPal account link on its MySpace page for fans who are unable to attend the show in Seattle but who would like to make a donation.
